Audrey Brill-Dye, MSW, LISW-S is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory Designation. She provides an accessible and non-judgmental space for teens, young adults, and their families to realize their strengths and achieve their goals. With appreciation and support of diverse clients and the experiences they bring with them, Ms. Brill ensures all her clients feel safe to be their authentic selves.
Ms. Brill approach to therapy is collaborative and compassion focused; empowering each individual to play an active role in determining the direction of their treatment. She is passionate about empowering clients to live a life consistent with their values while overcoming obstacles such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, communication barriers, low self-esteem, and emotional regulation challenges. Ms. Brill utilizes evidence-based clinical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Systemic Family Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy.
Ms. Brill received her Bachelor of Science of Social Work (BSSW) from The Ohio State University and earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Ohio University. Prior to joining CWW, she spent over 5 years working with teens and their families in Nationwide Children’s Hospital Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit. In addition to providing clinical supervision to other therapists, she participated in interdisciplinary coordinated care of her teen clients with psychiatry and nursing. Her experiences in supporting teens, young adults, and their families includes prior experience in college counseling and with Franklin County Children’s Services. Ms. Brill is TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) trained. This supports her crisis intervention approaches of creating a trauma-sensitive environment to help her clients who are in emotional distress.
