Tosha Curry - practice manager

Practice Manager
Tosha is an integral part of the client-centered operations and leadership at CWW. Since 2018, Tosha has applied her extensive resume of supervisory, operational, practice management, and business development experience in mental health care to ensure CWW’s best practices. Her practice management expertise allows her to share a wide range of knowledge and skills to support clients, providers, staff, and leadership at CWW. In addition to her role in management, Tosha serves as a liaison between practice operations and providers. Additionally, she is an active member of the Ohio Chapter of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Tosha is always available to support the entirety of client and provider experiences and can answer any questions you may have.

Julia “Jules” McBride - client accounts/BILLING

Senior Specialist
Julia “Jules” serves in a lead role in Client Accounts/Billing. Jules is always available to answer client questions and provide insurance guidance to clients. Her experiences in social service and hospital administration provides a solid expertise to support the financial/insurance components of a client’s CWW experience. Prior to CWW, Jules provided administrative support to all R Friends, a supportive service agency. Additionally, Jules’ professional experience includes executive administration with the Ohio Health Hospital System. As a natural problem solver she is able to execute some of the most complex tasks with great success and seemingly, great ease.

Alayna serves as point of contact at CWW -Upper Arlington and provides comprehensive support to clients and providers. Alayna is skilled in all areas of CWW operations. Alayna also serves as CWW’s Credentialing Specialist where she ensures all the “behind-the-scenes” provider administration needs are taken care of. She brings a warmth and problem-solving skill set with her that adds a reliable, positive resource to clients, providers, and staff alike.

Saachi joined CWW after a successful Fall ‘24 internship with CWW. Saachi shares our passion for women’s behavioral health and is looking forward to pursuing graduate school after graduation from OSU. Saachi is an impressive bilingual academic with broad experiences from her work in and outside of OSU. She supports all areas of CWW’s operations and is ready to provide guidance to clients as they move through thier journey with CWW.
Nikki cummings - client services

Nikki serves CWW’s lead role in Client Services and ensures new clients experience a positive journey. In addition to ensuring new clients are matched with the best provider, Nikki has a wide-reach of skill-sets related to client services including experience in mental health and medical practice environments. Nikki guides CWW’s client services team to promote positive and easy navigation for each client’s experience with CWW. Nikki is always available to support clients as they embark on their therapeutic journey. Feel free to reach out to Nikki as she is always available to answer questions.

Alysann serves in a lead role in Office Administration with CWW - Gahanna, an important part of the client experience team. She supports all departments and is always eager to support clients by providing guidance about CWW’s processes, provide scheduling support to new and existing clients, and offer a welcoming presence at the CWW Gahanna location. Alysann joined CWW with experience as a medical assistant and in practice administration. She brings a compassionate enthusiasm to all at CWW.

Megan thompson - client accounts/Billing

Megan is a vital part of the CWW Client Accounts/Billing team and brings an unwavering dedication to customer service. Megan completed her degree (BA) in Psychology from Capital University and plans to attend graduate school with the goal of becoming a future clinical provider in women’s behavioral health. Megan is experienced in all of CWW’s departments and her excellent client service skills, attention to detail, and passion for supporting women makes her a valued member of the CWW team.

Erica Curtis - intern

Erica is a third-year student at The Ohio State University majoring in psychology and minoring in human development and family sciences. She serves leadership roles in numerous student groups including Vice President of the Psi Chi National Honors Society, and member of the Bodysense Body Positivity Club. In addition to her roles outside of classroom, Erica is a research assistant exploring the relationship between cognition and abnormal emotional states, and fluent in ASL. CWW is excited to collaborate with Erica this semester as a stop on her way to success in graduate school.
Carly Stalling - intern

Carly Stalling is a third year student at The Ohio State University where, as a Psychology major, she is a member of the Omega Gamma Mental Health Co-Ed Service Fraternity. Carly’s current work with Versiti Blood Center of Ohio is complimented with previous experiences working with MindBlossom, a nonprofit organization supporting mental health through education and community support, and through her volunteer work supporting impoverished areas, focusing on rebuilding structures, and enhancing community welfare. CWW is thrilled to work with Carly over this next semester helping her build on her skill set before she attends graduate school.
Waverly Younts - intern

Waverly Younts is third year Psychology major and Sociology minor at The Ohio State University. She is the recipient of the National Buckeye Scholarship and Panhellenic Association Scholar of the Year awards. She holds current roles as a Certified Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper with OSU Suicide Prevention Reach and as a Crisis Counselor with the CRISIS Text Line. In addition to her leadership role with Kappa Delta Sorority, she is a member of the Kappa Delta Mental Health Committee and the OSU Psychology Club. CWW is delighted to work with Waverly this semester and look forward to seeing her achieve her goal of pursuing her doctorate after graduation.
