Jayne L. P. Moore is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S).  She has experience serving individuals at every age and stage of their lifespan, finding a passion in assisting women in honoring their life experiences and expertise.  Ms. Moore creates a warm, collaborative space to explore your concerns while utilizing person-centered, strength-based, and trauma responsive modalities with an anti-oppression informed practice.

Ms. Moore earned her Bachelor’s Degree (BS) from Eastern Michigan University and her Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from The Ohio State University. Prior to joining CWW, Ms. Moore served as Clinical Manager of Palliative Care at OhioHealth. She provided patient and family care, clinical supervision, process improvement, program development, and operational leadership. Her work in palliative care honed her skills in diving into life’s most challenging situations, including loss, death, intimacy, and spirituality.  Additionally, Ms. Moore’s tenure at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Neurology and in Holmes County with the Amish and others solidified her belief that each person is the expert in their life, sometimes benefiting from the support and skills of a trained therapist to help navigate challenging situations throughout life’s seasons.  As a leader and supervisor, she has also served The Ohio State University College of Social Work students and dependently licensed social workers as they grow and develop as professionals.

In addition to over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience, Ms. Moore is a certified yoga teacher for all ages.  She has presented locally and nationally on topics including caregiving, inclusion, and empowering patients in their medical care.
