Regan Hanood is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who works with clients from a experiencing a range of concerns including trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions. She is a highly-skilled and compassionate therapist who is committed to supporting teens and adults navigate life’s challenges. Her goal is to approach her clinical work from a comprehensive wellness perspective.
Ms. Hanood utilizes evidenced-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to promote her client’s therapeutic goals. Additionally, as a Level 2 Trained Gottman Couples therapist, she integrates techniques shown to promote interpersonal function and conflict resolution into practice to support relationship function and increase conflict resolution skills.
Ms. Hanood completed her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Capital University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from The Ohio State University. She joins CWW from private practice where, in addition to providing individual and couples therapy, she supported other professionals by leading seminars on preventing burnout, managing stress, and enhancing self-care practices. She has presented at numerous events on various mental health topics to community and private organizations in Central Ohio. Ms. Hanood received clinical training in non-profit agencies (The Buckeye Ranch and Salvation Army) as well as at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Ms. Hanood is a professional member of the National Association of Social Workers
